StrucForge is a structural design studio focused on reinforced concrete, steel framing, foundations, seismic checks, and permit-ready structural documentation. We translate concept plans into safe, efficient, code-compliant systems.
We prepare structural schemes, calculations, details, and review packages for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Flexural, shear, deflection, and bar spacing checks for singly reinforced, doubly reinforced, T, continuous, and cantilever beams.
Axial load, biaxial bending, slenderness, tie spacing, and interaction checks for tied and spiral RC columns.
Footing sizing, punching shear, bearing pressure, pedestal, tie beam, mat foundation, and pile cap checks.
One-way and two-way slab design with rebar spacing, deflection checks, punching shear review, and support detailing.
Steel roof truss and purlin sizing, load paths, member forces, connection reactions, and uplift checks.
Beam-column framing models, load combinations, lateral drift, member utilization, and code review for complete structural systems.
2L-angle section system base truss designer.
Beam loading visualization with shear and moment diagrams.
Structural loading design for building frames.
Bolted and welded connections, base plates, and anchor bolts.
Overturning, sliding, bearing pressure, surcharge, and reinforcement checks.
NSCP wind and seismic load effects for buildings.
StrucForge gave our team a much clearer understanding of the load path, member sizing, and detailing priorities before we moved into permit coordination. The calculation notes were organized enough for review, but still practical for our site engineers to follow during construction.
The engineers caught several framing conflicts early and explained the options in plain construction language, not just design theory. That saved coordination time between architecture, steel fabrication, and our field crew because the recommended revisions were buildable and easy to document.
We needed foundation and lateral checks under a tight review schedule, and StrucForge delivered a package that was both code-based and easy to audit. Their notes helped our client understand why each design assumption mattered, especially around soil pressure, drift, and constructability.
